Cathryn DeFazio, Senior Vice President of IDS, oversees the management and marketing of The Stonemill Design Center, and enjoys the challenge of creating an exciting and eclectic showroom mix, beautiful environment and fabulous marketing events. The Stonemill Design Center is a 130,000 square foot cottage style mixed-use property built in the early 1980s. This landmark property is located in the heart of Orange County near the intersection of all things near and dear to “The O.C.” The Stonemill Design Center is focused on interior design, architectural and creative uses and has a rich, diverse and exceptional offering of goods and services.
