ABSi Sales Consultants Daniel & Chris Lorber partner with Architect, Developer, and Builder to provide aluminum contemporary window & door product solutions while achieving budget! This project is located in Berkeley at 2008 & 2010 9th Street and called for a very contemporary
deisgn. The IWC Ketlic Multi-Slide door system complimented by IWC Ambassador series bronze windows proved to be the perfect solution. "The architect and developer wanted to connect indoor and outdoor space seamlessly. IWC’s Keltic door helped them not only achieve this, but also allowed them to stay inside of their budget", said ABSi Sales Consultant Daniel Lorber.

Architect: Baran Studio Matthew Baran
Matthew is a licensed architect that has been practicing in Northern and Southern California for over fifteen years. He has extensive experience with single and multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional architecture, and
broad knowledge of landscape design and construction technologies. He previously worked on large and small scale projects for firms as diverse as Angelil Graham (Now AGPS) and The Jerde Partnership. In addition to his own practice, he is a partner at the design build development firm Assemblage. Matthew teaches courses at UC Berkeley and the Academy of Art University, and has been invited to critique at schools that include Stanford, California College of the Arts, and USC. His academic work focuses on the use of broadly defined machines to analyze, extend, and respond to existing site conditions.
